.christmas celebration.

...every year since i was in high school, our group of friends and our parents have a small get together to celebrate Christmas with family and friends.  it has become a tradition for us.  a tradition that we all cherish and thus, the reason that it's been going on for more than 10 years now, i would say.
...well, last year, the parents thought that it would be nice that one of their kids would host the party for a change.  and so, the kids had a draw on who's going to host the event for this time, and it just so happen that we were lucky enough to host our annual christmas celebration.  here are a few of the pics of the set up.  i got most of the ideas on pinterest, of course, and the printables from twig & thistle and catch my party.

.i'll try to put up more pics later on.  my favorite of the decorations i put up this year are the snowflake wreaths.  i wanted a red and white christmas theme this year.  thanks to pinterest, i got the diy on the snowflake wreaths and sure enough, it wasn't hard to make at all and definitely cost-friendly :)  i also made one of the table conical christmas trees.  you can probably guess which one it is, but i thought it wasn't bad for my first diy conical tree at all.
